Last week, we set up an employee in our office with a new Windows 10 computer. She had a Windows 7 computer and the Fujitsu fi scanner connected to it and it would work perfectly fine. We've had success with V9. They are from , and I think originally came with the scanner. I'm having the same issue just as you describe.
